Free entry for Prague Card holders
With the new Prague Card (issued after 1 April 2014) you can visit all of the sites at the Jewish Museum in Prague for free. A Prague Card issued before this date provides 15 % off the full entrance fee.
This offer is valid for only one visit to each site during the card's validity period.
This offer does not apply to the Old-New Synagogue, which is overseen by the Prague Jewish Community.

A discount of the entrance fee in the Jerusalem synagogue is allowed with this ticket (from April till October between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. except Saturday and Jewish holidays).

Tickets for all sites can be bought at all cash desks of the Jewish museum in Prague and at the shop in front of the entrance of the Old-new synagogue.

are allowed free entry to the Jewish Museum’s permanent exhibitions only after first picking up a free ticket from the Museum’s Reservation Centre (Sun–Fri, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Maiselova 15, 110 00 Prague 1,, tel. +420 222 749 464 (461), fax: +420 222 749 463, e-mail: email@example.com). Free tickets of this kind are not issued directly at the individual sites overseen by the Jewish Museum. Without showing a free ticket, the above are allowed free entry only to the Robert Guttmann Gallery
8. Individual audio-guided tours
Audio guides are available for rent during museum operating hours. Should an audio guide be required for consecutive days within a single ticket's period of validity, it must be left overnight and picked up following day.
The audio-guided tour lasts two hours and has 80 sections. The text describes the most historic objects displayed in the Prague Jewish Museum, unique expositions at the museum, and old stories from the Jewish ghetto and Prague's Jewish community.
The audio guide is available in Hebrew, English, German, Spanish, Italian, and French. Additional languages will be available soon.
Audio guides can be rented at the entrance of the Pinkas Synagogue and the Old Jewish Cemetery. The price of rental is 250 CZK per audio guide with the full ticket and 200 CZK with the reduced price ticket.
